Standard Refund Terms
Annual Plans+ - Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*+ - Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
Please also note that:
-Refunds can take up to 5-10 days (depending on payment methods) to reflect in your account.
-We charge 20% (4% gateway fee + 9% Dispute Fee + 7% Processing Fee) as Refund Processing fee.
-You can cancel your account at any time; no refunds for cancellation.
